ORDERING

All products on www.GoldHDQ.com are in stock and available for order. Occasionally, products are oversold. In this event, orders

are fulfilled in the order they are received. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Processed orders are subject to payment acceptance and availability.

PAYMENT

www.GoldHDQ.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discovery. Please ensure that your biling information provided matches your banking records.

SHIPPING

All packages are processed for shipping within 48 hours of your purchase. Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only usless its a Pre-Order Item. Delays are not the responsibility of www.GoldHDQ.com. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We Only use USPS.com and most shipments are delivered with 2-3 days. 

INSURANCE

All packages are insured during the time of transit. We require a signature for any goods delivered to surrender responsibility to you for your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers may incur import duty and tax charges. It is recommended to contact your local customs authority to determine the landed price prior to purchase completion.

International credit cards will be charged in accordance with applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

CANCELLATIONS:

All returns must be authorized email, [email protected] within 24 hours for a full refund. For cancelled items, please allow 2-3 business days for your card to be credited.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

All returns must be authorized by email, [email protected]. Returns must be received within 1 days of you receiving your order. All products returned must be in original unused condition, without any tags removed. Products returned damaged, worn or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to customer. All charges related to shipping are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Shipping costs for a replacement item is FREE up to one time per item, however, payment of duty and tax charges is still the responsibility of the customer. Returns are eligible only for store credit. Select items are not eligible for store credit returns, including but not limited to jewelry and eyewear. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt.
